Freedom

A short film as an anchor and reference point for freedom. This idea came from my personal travels and studies in Dakar, Senegal exploring the embodiment of the process of decolonizing the self. As much as we can think through the process of freeing ourselves both personally and collectively, the mind has its limits. It starts with the body. In collaboration with the Atlantic Ocean and the earth, we can access what freedom FEELS like through movement and sound. Enjoy!
